| Resort Rental Policies Please help maintain safe & enjoyable
surroundings for all resort guests by following our reasonable resort rental policies.
No Pets - Pets are NOT ALLOWED in our
rentals or on the resort property at any time.
NO SMOKING Inside
(or in open doorways of) Vacation Rentals (fines
up to $250)
We have made every effort to provide comfortable smoking areas for our guests. Please feel
free to smoke in our Key West style enclosed screened pavilion or at our other comfortable
outdoor seating areas, including attached decks/patio areas provided with each vacation
rental.
Occupancy Limits
Occupancy limits have been set to meet safety standards. Additional guests (those not
included with your confirmed reservation) must be approved by management prior to entry to
the resort. Total guests (those persons registered & any
additional visitors during your stay) cannot exceed the maximum occupancy
of YOUR vacation rental (4 per studio, 6 per one-bedroom, 8 per two-bedroom).
Additional guests exceeding the maximums will be asked to leave. Registered guests
are responsible for all persons associated with their vacation rental.
Boat Trailers, Extra Vehicles
2 cars/vehicles per unit may be parked on resort grounds. ALL extra vehicles and
boat trailers MUST park on our large private lot located directly across the
street from our resort.
Keep Doors Closed – Bugs stay outside,
cool air stays inside.
Towels, Linens, Furniture, Room Amenities
Towels, linens, furniture and all other room amenities are provided for your use inside of
your vacation rental. Do not remove them, move to another unit, or take outdoors.
Resort Common Amenities & Areas
The screened pavilion, picnic area, dock-boat slips-activity deck are provided for the
enjoyment of all guests. Do not leave personal items unattended on resort common
areas. Do not place grills or any other cooking device on the wooden decks or inside the
screen pavilion. Please attend your outdoor cooking in safe open areas.
Spills/Accidents
Please notify us immediately of any spills or breakage in your units. Usually a situation
can be remedied if it can be taken care of immediately. Juice boxes and popsicles (or any
frozen treat on a stick) are NOT allowed inside our vacation rentals, please enjoy them
outdoors.
Please Respect Our Neighbors
There is ample space on the resort grounds for your enjoyment. Please do not trespass onto
our neighbor's private property. Highlands County noise ordinance is effective at 10 p.m.
Please be respectful to our neighbors & other guests.
Check Out (unless other arrangements have
been made in advance)
Rooms are not transferable. Please lock your unit at departure.
- Weekend check out is 4:00 p.m. Sunday (Memorial & Labor
Day - 4:00 p.m. Monday)
- Weekly check out is 4:00 p.m. on Sunday
- Nightly check out is 11:00 a.m. the following morning
- Monthly check out is 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the month
