Pratt's Resort is located directly on the shores of beautiful Lake June. All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and stocked with everything you'll need for a carefree lakeside vacation or weekend getaway.

Lake June provides over 3,500 acres of crystal clear freshwater, perfect for enjoying swimming, boating, fishing & watersports. We have oodles of inflatable boats, floats, rafts & kayaks for all of our guests to enjoy. Relax at the waterfront in comfortable outdoor seating or take a break in our lovely Key West style screen pavilion.

Our lakefront vacation rentals are tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and well-maintained. Each completely furnished (air-conditioned/heated) vacation rental includes a living room with sofa sleeper, separate sleeping area/bedrooms, eat-in kitchen with table & chairs and bath. Each fully equipped unit includes: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and are completely stocked with glassware, dishes, pots, pans, and all utensils. Linens, pillows and bath towels are provided in these housekeeping rentals. Color cable TV (with front loading jacks) and DVD players are also included.

Our convenient central location puts our resort within easy reach of both Florida coasts and many major cities in Florida. We are just minutes from Sebring and Lake Placid. Both of these charming central Florida towns offer many dining, shopping, recreation and entertainment opportunities. We're also just a short drive to Highlands Hammock State Park & several other publicly accessible nature areas.

One-bedroom units include furnished bedroom and cozy sleeping nook with full size murphy bed surrounded by sliding doors providing an additional private sleeping area off the living room. These units have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and bath with tiled shower.

Our two-bedroom unit has 2 furnished bedrooms and 2 sofa sleepers in the spacious living room. This unit has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and bath with tiled shower.

Additional resort amenities for our guests include a large Key West style screened pavilion (furnished with tables & chairs), dock, dock activity deck, boat slips (no charge for use), vertical boat lifts ($10 per day, will lift most boats up and out of the water), picnic deck & table, and Weber grills.
