Studio suites are fully furnished (air-conditioned/heated), tastefully decorated, stocked with all the necessities and provide 3 distinct living areas - including separate living and sleeping areas. Each studio suite includes a living room with sofa sleeper, separate sleeping area (bed has comfy plush top mattress), fully equipped eat-in kitchen with table & chairs and bath. Each studio suite has personal patio space with table & chairs.

All of our fully equipped vacation rentals include: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and are completely stocked with glassware, dishes, pots, pans, and all utensils. Linens, pillows and bath towels are provided. Color cable TV (with front loading jacks) and DVD players are also included.

Additional resort amenities for our guests include a large Key West style screened pavilion (furnished with tables & chairs), dock, dock activity deck, boat slips (no charge for use), vertical boat lifts ($10 per day, will lift most boats up and out of the water), picnic deck & table, and Weber grills.
