Pratt's Resort has 7 lakefront vacation rentals - 4 studio suites, 2 one-bedrooms, and 1 two-bedroom

Rate based on up to 2 person occupancy, $10/night each additional guest to a maximum of 4

Monthly

• Four months - $1,250 per month
• Three months - $1,350 per month
• Two months - $1,450 per month
• One month - $1,550 per month

Rate based on up to 2 person occupancy, $10/night each additional guest to a maximum of 6

Monthly

• Four months - $1,525
• Three months - $1,625 per month
• Two months - $1,725 per month
• One month - $1,825 per month

Rate based on up to 2 person occupancy, $10/night each additional guest to a maximum of 8

Room Amenities / Inventory (our lakefront vacation rentals are completely furnished and stocked with all the necessities)

All rates subject to Florida sales tax
All rates subject to change without notice
Higher rates apply for holidays and special events
Air Conditioning/Heat, Electricity, Color Cable TV, DVD Player & Laundry Facilities are included
Check in at 3:00 p.m. on the first day of the month, check out at 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the month.
Early check in and/or late check out - $10 per hour, based on availability with prior approval.
